FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in East Tennessee in what used to be small town Lenoir City. I will travel to surrounding areas but for the most part, I like to stay a little closer to my hometown for the time being. I will travel only about an hour and thirty minutes away from home. Unsure if I will travel to you location? Just ask!
How long do sessions last?
I don't time my sessions for the simple fact it causes me to think about the clock. I photograph until I know you got what you came for. Which can be anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. This excludes minis and weddings.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your high resolution photos within 2-3 weeks. Weddings and elopements take longer with a 6-10 week turn around time. You not only can download all the photos from the gallery, but can also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!
How do you take payment? Do you offer payment plans?
I can take payment through Paypal, Venmo, check, cash, for any session type. I do offer payments plans for weddings and elopements ONLY. Once we talk about your day and set up a custom package just for you, then we will discuss a payment plan and what works best for you or your family. Whether that be pay in full the day of event, or you might need 6 months to pay a little at time (all payment plans start 6 months prior to your big day)
Do you take deposits? Do they go towards the photoshoot?
Yes, I require deposits for all session types to get you on the books.
- Weddings require a $100 deposit
- Elopements require a $65 deposit
- All other sessions require a $25 deposit (excluding mini sessions since pricing varies)
Deposits are non-refundable but they do go towards your photoshoot.
What if I lose my photos?
First, I suggest downloading your images ASAP and then downloading to a secondary backup. But if life got in the way and you forgot to back up, then don't worry because I save ALL photoshoots for up to a year after out session. I just ask for a $10 re-downloading fee and I'll get your sweet memories back to you.
